UAB Permatics
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the services provided by UAB Permatics, a company incorporated in Lithuania with its registered office at Švitrigailos gatvė 11M, LT-03228 Vilnius, Lithuania ("Permatics", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
Permatics provides software solutions for appointment scheduling and related administrative services used by government agencies, embassies, consulates, and authorized service providers.
Permatics may also provide Optima Pay, a service that facilitates the technical handling of payment instructions within the platform.
Permatics does not act as a payment service provider, financial institution, or payment processor.
By accessing or using the platform, users agree to these Terms.
2. Definitions
Platform
The appointment scheduling software and related digital services operated by Permatics.
User
Any individual accessing the platform to schedule appointments.
Government Partner
Embassies, consulates, government agencies, or authorized organizations using the Permatics software to manage appointments.
Optima Pay
A technical service module provided by Permatics that enables the transmission of payment instructions to third-party payment service providers.
Payment Service Provider (PSP)
A regulated third-party financial institution responsible for processing and settling payments.
3. Nature of the Services
Permatics provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions including:
• Appointment scheduling software
• Queue and capacity management
• User account systems
• Administrative interfaces for government partners
• Notification systems
• Integration with external services, including payment service providers
4. Role of Optima Pay
Optima Pay is a technical facilitation service integrated into the platform.
Optima Pay enables:
• transmission of payment requests
• connection to third-party payment providers
• confirmation of payment status within the platform
All financial transactions are processed exclusively by licensed third-party payment service providers.
Permatics does not collect, store, or control payment funds.
Users acknowledge that payment processing is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider.
5. Appointment Scheduling
The platform enables users to schedule appointments with participating government agencies.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
• provide accurate information
• use the platform lawfully
• not use automated booking tools or bots
• not create duplicate accounts
• comply with the rules of the relevant government partner.
Permatics reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Fees
Government partners or service providers may charge:
• appointment service fees
• administrative fees
• visa-related fees
Where payments are required, users may be redirected to a licensed third-party payment service provider.
Permatics is not responsible for payment processing or settlement.
8. Refunds

Payment service provider fees may be non-refundable.

12. Limitation of Liability

• appointment cancellations made by government partners
• payment failures caused by third-party payment providers
• user errors during booking.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Permatics’ liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
13. Third-Party Services
The platform may integrate services from third parties, including:

• communication infrastructure providers.
Permatics is not responsible for the performance of these third-party services.
14. Governing Law
